Job Description
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Director of Operations in managing the various initiatives and activities of the Philippine-Swiss Business Council (PSBC) such as office management, handling visitors and clients, maintaining and organizing files, organizing business events, prepare monthly reports, and provide general support to secretariat and the Board of Directors.
This is an urgent position, which will require staff to start work immediately. Work set-up is hybrid, which means a combination of Work-From-Home and Office is possible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor`s degree (any field), fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge on basic office software applications such as MS Word, Excel, powerpoints, Canva, etc.
- Wiling to be trained in business, events, and project management.
- With strong commitment to high ethical standards.
